Building Change : Mentoring and Coaching
We support individuals from a range of backgrounds and services, such as prison governors, and aspiring Directors and clinicians moving into managerial positions. Using a range of tools and an agreed plan we work with people for a specified number of sessions in a relaxed yet structured programme of discussion.
