Building Change : Service Reviews
Increasingly, commissioners are concerned to understand just how services are delivering, and what the experience of service users is. We have recently carried out reviews of services for children, people with disability and older people.
We try in our work to blend in a high level review of performance with service users experience and detailed discussions with those delivering services.
Some of our recent assignments have delivered:
- organisational review resulting in a significant reduction in management costs of a community health service provider
- realignment of children services against new public health policies
- planning the redesign of community health services for older people
