Building Change : Strategic Planning
Our experience in supporting organisations to develop their strategic plans has become an increasingly important part of our work.
We have undertaken a number of business planning assignments for clinical teams interested in becoming social enterprises. We work with clients to redesign the service, identify future service delivery opportunities, cost the services and develop a financial plan. We draw on current health improvement methodologies to challenge assumptions. We will share with you our experience of planning in a broad range of services, sectors and localities.
Recent assignments include:
- Business planning for a primary care organisation wishing to become a social enterprise
- Implementation planning for the delivery of a strategy led by a voluntary sector consortium on childrens services
- Support two PCTs to develop their Older People’s strategies
- Development of a stroke strategy
- Facilitation of a whole system workforce development consortium across health, social care, education and voluntary sectors.
