Building Change : Team and Leadership Development
Our work in the development of teams and individuals has recently focussed on clinical teams, but also includes the delivery of specialist modules on a M.Sc. programme.
Recent work has included:
- a development programme for Ward Managers and
- delivery of the Creating Capable Team Approach for Community Mental Health Teams
- coaching a team of senior clinical managers planning for the redesign of community health services
